Unlike venture capitalists, CCB never takes controlling interest in any enterprise.

Investments are made in exchange for minority stock ownership with the financial return coming from dividend payments and/or from the growth of the net worth of the company. This position can be in the form of the following:

When a project clearly has proven long-term profitability and cash flow potential, we may provide a loan facility and take an equity position of up to 49% with a suitable local partner. We look not only at new technological companies with so-called leading edge technology, but also seeks companies, new or established, which have a potential for high growth, in whatever field they are active.

We also concentrate our efforts on specific sectors, like real estate acquisition and development, corporate takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, transportation, tourism and entertainment – but also to investigate other sound investment possibilities.
